Gretchen is such a friendly, funny and extremely insightful woman. I’ve been watching her on YouTube for some time now and just discovered that she has a food channel. She’s very entertaining. I especially enjoyed learning how to use a pressure cooker while learning to make a new soup recipe.
I grew up hearing horror stories about pressure cookers. The modern ones are much better. Maybe I’ll get one.
